Session Length: 60 minutes
Coaches: Instruction is provided for the winter training sessions
Concept: Training sessions are to help focus on individual skills and maintain endurance throughout the winter months. Foot skills, 1v1, 1v2, 2v3, and many other drills are run as well as a small sided scrimmage will occur and allow each player with as many opportunities to “touch” the ball as possible. We want to encourage the players to create space in order to receive passes and have numerous opportunities to be involved in the game.
